“Governor  McDonnell  previously  proclaimed  his  surrender  to  the  New World Order Jan. 11 by accepting appointment by Barack Obama’s Executive Order 13528 as chairman of the new unlawful ‘coordinating’ Council of Governors.  This council gives the president dictatorial power in a national emergency, is unconstitutional and eliminates the last roadblock to declaring martial law in the United States.

“Further evidence of sinister, hidden purpose of the Council of Governors, not even listed on the White House website although Obama himself is a member of the 10-region Council interestingly representing the Illinois Federal Region, is that when we phoned White House a short time ago to inquire about the first Council meeting, the White House aide in charge said, ‘We have no information on the Council of Governors’.”

White added that “We have previously pointed out McDonnell’s additional knuckling under the New World Order when he admitted before awarding 4.9 million in State Homeland Security  Program  grants  to  selected  localities,  he  had  to  ask  and  get  approval from U. S. Department of Homeland Security, set up supposedly to protect Americans from ‘terrorists’, but actually to further impose police state restrictions on all citizens.

“This was a second scandalous violation of the Tenth Amendment by McDonnell.  The Tenth Amendment reserves to the states powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states.  Yet the governor falsely claims he supports the Tenth Amendment.

“Virginia’s mass media, in lock step to do whatever they can to install another Virginia president of the United States, slavishly avoid any criticism of McDonnell’s vigorous and well-oiled propaganda machine to achieve this objective.”

The VTA pointed out:  “Large numbers of Virginians learned for the first time significant details about the sinister global control conspiracy McDonnell has been careful not to mention when the Drudge Report, world’s top news website, on June 7 carried three stories with photographs on its front page about the annual meeting of the ultra secret, ultra powerful international Bilderberg Group June 3-6 outside Barcelona, Spain.

“Two of the stories were from The Guardian, UK’s largest newspaper.  Yet nary a word  was in any regular U. S mass media.

“The 123 multinational business, financial mogul, prestigious media, top governmental and education spokesmen, longtime planners from North and South America and Europe agreed they will move forward with new IMF/global energy taxation, including within the U. S., without any required action by the U. S. Congress,

“Some of the well known figures attending, all of whom took oaths not to disclose any of their conversations to the public outside their meeting, include Henry Kissinger, Paul Volcker, chairman, Economic Recovery Advisory Board;  Lawrence Summers, director, National Economic
Council; Donald Graham, CEO of Washington Post; Robert Rubin, co-chairman, Council on Foreign Relations; Robert Zoellick, president, World Bank; Bill Gates, Microsoft; and Queen Beatrix, the Netherlands.”

White added:  “Particularly alarming is that a significant majority of the conferees, although not all, favored preemptive U. S air strikes on nuclear installations inside Iran, which would virtually ensure disastrous World War III.   As most popular U. S. Congressman Ron Paul, R-Tex., has repeatedly pointed out, with national poll backing by 80 percent of Americans, Iran has never threatened the United States.

“But it will defend itself.  Iran does have well protected installations of lightning-speed surface missiles, unstoppable by radar, which would make mincemeat of U. S. aircraft carriers and other large vessels in the Strait of Hormuz. And Obama’s continuation of impossible wars in Afghanistan and Pakistan have already caused more deaths of U. S  soldiers than in Iraq.”

Regarding the Gulf oil blowout, the VTA said, “Gases far beneath the earth’s crust that are being blown out with gigantic force along with oil are far more toxic than the public realizes.  In addition, British Petroleum is purchasing over a million gallons of an oil dispersant manufactured by Nalco Co. under trade name Corexit (www.infowars.com), which EPA has found less effective and far more toxic than other dispersants.   The reason?  A BP board member who served as an executive at the company for 43 years also sits on Nalco’s board, and possible profits for higher-ups are in the millions.”

In another action, the taxpayer association blasted a new Obama Executive Order signed June 10 entitled “Establishing the National Prevention, Health Promotion, and Public Health Council.”  VTA said, “This council will be charged with carrying out ‘lifestyle behavior modification’ among American citizens who do not exhibit ‘healthy behavior.’

“Obama’s desired behavior modifications focus on smoking cessation, proper nutrition, appropriate exercise, mental health, behavioral health, sedentary behavior, substance-use disorder, and domestic violence screenings.  This blatant attemp to tell us all how to think, behave, eat and drink specifically requires ‘input from State, regional and local leadership communities.’

“This latest action by Obama affecting Virginia is so atrocious that it’s clear for preservation of freedom Bob McDonnell must immediately publicly denounce this Executive Order and resign as chairman and member of Obama’s Council of Governors.”
