A year or so ago, there was a national news story ignored by the mainstream media (MSM) to the effect that terrorists were considering setting forest fires in the U.S. a great  infrastructure attack plan.

Now massive fires in Israel are believed to have been deliberately set by national-minded local Arabs, VNS’ Middle East Blogger reports in her current blog.  But no proof has been found yet.

In the U.S., there has been no official mention that the fires of the past two years were acts of terrorism.  But think about it,  what else could be more disruptive to national resources, have such a high media profile,  and such a low risk of detection and prosecution?

Israel, always alert, discovered Israeli Arabs - 8 residents of Nazareth and the town of Ghajar, were caught helping with the infiltration of 20 kilos of high-grade explosives - thus foiling an attack by Hezbolla inside Israel.
