The attached chart shows that six of the eleven members of the VBDA have collectively given $15,800 to the three candidates in 2012 alone: Rosemary, Glenn and Will Sessoms. 

How is this not a conflict of interests when these same three council members then vote "YES" on October 9th to use tax revenues to pay for the VBDA's debt for Town Center Phase V?

Some of the campaign contributions were made in September, in the midst of the VBDA presentation and public input/discussion on the topic. It gives the appearance of payola - isn't that the threshold for conflicts?

This data is readily available at www.vpap.org. I just assembled it.
