“There is no deal on the table,” despite reports the city would be required to build a $42.5 MILLION parking garage.

“I’ve talked to the city attorney the past two days and he knows nothing about this deal,” according to DeSteph.  “No one in the city attorney’s office or the city manager’s office knows anything about this.”

As for reports the deal includes plans for the world’s highest ferris wheel - 185-feet - on which riders can have dinner and eats.  DeSteph said he wouldn’t recommend it.  One that is about 165-feet high in London has diners puking in the ferris wheel cars from the slow movement, height, and nausea.

He said his daughter rode the one in London and told him they didn’t vomit, but they had to clean almost every car as it came to a stop.
