Now more than ever our law enforcement officers need our support. Thanks to them we are able to live in a free nation. Daily they put their lives on the line to protect us, and allow us to live in peace and security. But the assault on them has become considerable.

You are invited to join us, the Support Your Local Police of Virginia, at a town meeting to learn why it is important to keep law enforcement control at the local level, to give tribute to our law enforcement officers, and  to hear from them and get their input as to how we can best be supportive of them.

The meeting is Monday, May 2, 2016 at 7:00 P. M. at the The Hampton Inn, 6638 Forest Hill Avenue,Gloucester, VA 23061,( Off Route 17 behind Wendy’s).  For more information call 804-577-0504.   Or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. There is no charge for the meeting but we can help by lessening the financial burden of Mrs. Dermyer, widow of Chad Dermyer, who was shot and killed while serving in his capacity as a Virginia State Trooper so a donation will be collected for her.

We hope to see you at this event where you can personally thank some of our law enforcement officers who risk their lives to protect ours.
