"Abide By The Constitution, Not Change It!"

No man's life, liberty, or property is safe while the legislature is in session.

-- Mark Twain (1866)

Recently at the United Nations headquarters in New York City, delegates, presidents, prime ministers, potentates and dictators from 175 countries including the United State signed the United Nation’s Paris Climate Accord.  It is purported to slow down what they consider to be a crisis of global warming  by reducing manmade greenhouse gases, especially carbon dioxide.

Translated, this amounts to complete governmental control and restrictions on energy use by every person on the planet.  The plan is for all to live in government multiple unit buildings in urban areas.   How would you like to live in a three-story walk-up small apartment with two other families, little heat and no air conditioning?

There would be no single dwelling housing, except of course, for the powers-that–be. Automobiles would be replaced with bicycles and public buses and trains. [Click Read More below for rest of the article]

But the accord is far more reaching than that. As incredible as it seems, Christian doctrines

are being threatened. Population control would definitely be on the agenda.  Limiting the number of children allowed would be purported to be necessary in order to minimize energy use. In the minds of environmental leaders, man can no longer "be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth."

And, mankind cannot have dominion "over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing...." The Environmental Handbook contributor Lynn White, Jr. has stated: "More science and more technology are not going to get us out of the present ecologic crisis until we find a new religion, or rethink our old one." According to White, "we shall continue to have a worsening ecologic crisis until we reject the Christian axiom that nature has no reason for existence save to serve man." Gaylord Nelson claimed in 1970: "Man is just one of the creatures that the Lord put on this earth and is not more important than all the rest."

Of course, there must be a very compelling reason in order for people to buy into all of that; therefore, we are given the bogus theory  that the world is experiencing weather conditions of critical proportions, that the planet will be destroyed unless these drastic measures are taken.

This has been in the works for some time.  First, it was “Global Warming.” According toa report to the  Commerce Department from the Consulate at Bergen, Norway, ”Within a few years it is predicted that due to the ice melt the sea will rise and make most coastal cities uninhabitable.”  This was in 1922.

When that lost credence, the propaganda changed.   In1970, University of California professor Kenneth E. F. Watt told an Earth Day gathering the prevailing theory of the day : "If present trends continue, the world will be about four degrees colder for the global mean temperature in 1990, but eleven degrees colder in the year 2000. This is about twice what it would take to put us into an ice age." But those dire predictions didn’t materialize either, so it was changed back to global warming.  And, now too, there is the all encompassing “Climate Change” which will cover anything and everything that happens weather-wise.

Why is the UN Paris document called an accord?   Unquestionably, it is a treaty.  But according to our Constitution, treaties are only legal when ratified by two-thirds of the Senate. Since this may not be attainable, presto, just change the title and it is no longer a treaty.  Regrettably, the Senate has accepted that without question, totally ignoring the oath of office they take with their hand on a Bible to uphold the Constitution.

Wouldn’t you think that something as important as that would be at the top of the news?
There is more than one way for the media to control the news.   One is to misrepresent the facts. Another is to fail to report on issues. Keeping people’s attention elsewhere can be done by just dwelling on the upcoming elections and events in the Middle East.

But there are ways to circumvent the media.  One of the most faithful whistleblowers on this issue has been  Tom DeWeese, one of the nation’s leading advocates of private property rights,    However, he reports,  “…  to those of us fighting to speak out and stop them, Obama’s Justice Department and the Attorneys General in 20 states are threatening us with harassment, intimidation, fines, and imprisonment.”   To call this overreach would be an understatement.

On March 29th, Attorneys General from 20 states organized into what they call “AGs United

for Clean Power.” They posed with the Attorney General of the United States and Al Gore.

They announced legal action against American companies like Exxon Mobile. Then, they threatened even more legal action against any private organizations like DeWeese’s American Policy  Center that are guilty of nothing more than having a different opinion about the existence of man-made Climate Change.  They called their difference of opinion “criminal activity” and have now already filed several law suits against oil companies and freedom organizations.

Meanwhile, the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is imposing the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Act (AFFH), forcing nearly every city in the nation to destroy property rights and property values.

HUD now requires communities that apply for HUD grants to list income levels, religion, color, and national origin of every person living there. They will then determine if it is necessary to shift where people live. Under HUD’s pressure for this program, Baltimore, Maryland, has just been forced to agree to spend $30 million to build one-thousand  low-income homes in affluent neighborhoods.

This confirms that the powers-that-be mean business.   This is not just wishful thinking on their part or an exercise in futility.    They fully intend to implement this and will do anything they can get by with in order to silence those who expose them.

It is imperative that we educate others, especially our legislators at every level - local, regional, state and federal.  And, we must elect those who are cognizant of this situation and are willing to oppose it.
