Norfolk Light Rail Land Grabbers

The land grab predators are descending in Norfolk. In west Norfolk, along the light rail line, lies a commercial/residential area between Curlew Drive and I-64.
Follow up:
It appears the relocation and redevelopment vision gears are already turning as agents have descended on the area. In their little bag of tricks are offers of what is likely the predecessor to another Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority renaissance project. Virginia Beach needs to observe the actions of Norfolk. Is there a Redevelopment and Housing Authority in Virginia Beach’s future?

Not all the properties appear to be blighted and Attorney Waldo seems confident of eventual victory.
Norfolk has no shame.
You know as well as I do that you couldn't pass a R&HA for Virginia Beach at the requisite referendum.
