Exit Visas being sought by Town Center eateries?
It’s no secret that the economy is in the pits and fewer are availing themselves of the casual to fine eateries in our town.

Well, even major corporate chains such as Ruth Chris’ and Californian Kitchen have indicated that the fixed costs of rental charges at Virginia Beach Town Center maybe a consideration to look for new digs in the area. A monthly rental rate in the neighborhood of $30,000 or $10,000 a month is a significant delta to make up.
It’s been said “location, location, location.” However, if you’re a Ruth Chris’ or a California Kitchen, you are the anchor and the location.
