Norfolk light rail construction hits another glitch
Cox cable cut causes curative crisis
If things couldn't get any worse, light rail construction crews sliced a Cox cable line providing internet gateway and telephone services Tuesday.
The incident severely disrupted Sentara medical services which occupy three floors of the Wainwright building on W Bute St.
Way to go guys; just another delay.
