Integrity, character, dignity, and honor?
Rigell campaign ignores rules, ordinances, and respect.
At the Third CAC forum held Thursday, August 19, Scott Rigell’s hero versus villain melodrama campaign played out its “bad guy” trump cards. The villain, Congressman Glenn Nye, calmly handled each accusation without unnerving his composure, dispelling those that related to questions. Rigell threw out prepared sound bite barbs; however, they were poorly timed, unrelated to the moderator’s question, and ignored by Nye. At one point, Rigell got so wrapped-up in his diatribe that when it ended, the moderator had to ask what his response was to the posed query. Rigell replied with “Yes”. If our superhero has fired his best salvos, our villain may be able crush his opponent with kryptonite rebuttals and subtle recriminations now that the Rigell campaign has shown the extent of their bag of tricks.

Rigell supporters losing confidence, upsetting independents
Unreasonable demands equated as a no debate excuse
The Scott Rigell campaign handlers have determined the Commission on Presidential Debates criteria, only candidates who receive a minimum of 15% support level across five independent polls would be allow to participate in debates, should apply to Virginia's 2nd district congressional candidates. Unfortunately, not one independent poll has been conducted to date, nor likely will occur; hence, according to the Rigell camp, none of the candidates qualify.

Is Rigell really a conservative?
Rigell’s past stands on issues indicate a leftist leaning liberal-moderate.
A local respected elected official, notably missing from Scott Rigell’s list of endorsers, poses two statements to neophyte political hopefuls. First, “ Do you have any skeletons in your closet?” and then, “Politics is all about favors”.
